The UI is simple and it has the similar function as BridgeM1. NET Framework 3.5 or higher before running the program. lst file as M1, and it uses the truncated format of the file " m1.xml" of BridgeM1. The files " emu\Inptport.cs", " mame\cps\CPS.cs", " mame\neogeo\Neogeo.cs" and " mame\namcos1\Namcos1.cs" show the detail. By examining the running MAME, I find detail of the functions. When you double click the track or click the play button, the function PlayDelegate, StopDelegate, StopAndPlayDelegate is triggered. The program loads the file " audiocpu.rom" as the M6809 ROM, files " voice.rom" and " cus64-64a1.mcu" as the HD63701 ROM. There are three sound chips: Yamaha YM2151, Namco CUS30 and DAC.

To show the details of decrypting arcade game audio, I programmed this software named M1.NET. You can do anything about arcade games with MAME source code. Its main purpose is to be a reference to the inner workings of the emulated arcade machines. M1 lets you enjoy music from over 1900 arcade games. I have found the only software named M1 to reproduce the music of arcade games. There are some emulators to emulate it: MAME, WinKawaks, Nebula, FBA.

For example: Street Fighter II': Champion Edition on CPS-1 board, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs on Capcom CPS-1 (Qsound) board, The King of Fighters series on Neo Geo board, Tank Force on Namco System 1 board. There are many classic arcade games released on famous system boards. Will report findings here.Arcade is popular in the 1990s.

Any tips of any other games that might work? I'm gonna give a few a try. Lastly, can someone translate the readme, I can't get it to display correctly to even run it through a translator, be nice to know if there's anything else we're missing. KOF 94 doesn't run, perhaps that was just wishful thinkng The emu seems to have speeded up a lot as well, which is an added bonus, thanks to NK for all his work to date.
#Aero fighter 2 intros iso#
So I got to thinking, does this newer release support it?įollowing the same process as before I extracted the iso to a file folder called Aero Fighters 2 and load the emu, now I have a choice of game folders, Metal Slug or Aero Fighters 2, selected the latter and click on ipl.txt, wait a couple of moments and the intro comes up. Then I remembered seeing Aero Fighters 2 running on the preview footage that got released while this emu was work in progress. Renamed it Metal Slug, start emu, select metal slug folder, select ipl.txt game runs. Noticed that when loading you now have to select a game folder and then ipl.txt to run it.Ĭurrently Metal Slug is in a file folder called NeoCD.zip, so it would be fair to assume that you could rename the folder, which I did.
